Today's schools are up against an unparalleled challenge in producing young people who will one day lead our society. Men and women who have been shaped by excellence, who strive for it and make a major contribution in a world that is fast changing and complex. The selection of students with exceptional abilities, the development of innovative educational methods, and the provision of moral instruction must all be prioritised in the entire educational programme. Our school should establish greater expectations and work hard to meet them by requiring hard effort and educational professionalism. Our schools should be able to instil the self-discipline required for a healthy body and mature mind to grow and develop.IHS should be dedicated to offering good preparatory and higher secondary education to its students in an environment that aims to ignite and develop all students' potential. Every child is endowed with creative abilities, and it is the educational institution's responsibility to bring out the children's latent genius, chisel it out, round off the rough edges, polish it, and turn them into successful human beings. Critical thinking, reasoning, analysis, and synthesis are all qualities that our kids should cultivate. These abilities are important for a well-educated person.

Both my wife and I am humbled and honoured to be returning to IHS, the school we once called our own. Few people will ever be called back to serve in an organisation that they founded.The underlying academic idea of a dynamic and demanding academic curriculum that aspires to engage students' brains in all disciplines and lead to brilliance has not changed. We would now like to add participation, accountability, personal attention, and teamwork to this list, which have been overlooked for some reason.It will be our goal to start a curriculum that encourages inquiry, debate, substantial writing, and research, all of which are critical steps in the acquisition of knowledge.We and the school think that no civilization can claim greatness or long survival unless it is founded on a strong ethical foundation. As a result, the school places a heavy emphasis on each student's moral, aesthetic, and physical development.Human values, a humanistic attitude, and democratic and liberal beliefs can all be shaped by education alone. As a result, the school does not overlook, but rather cherishes, courses emphasising service to others and environmental awareness.The school has a responsibility to educate tomorrow's leaders to be moral and ethical, caring and charitable, and to have the skills and vision to lead the country into the twenty-first century.
